For changes or cancellations of reservations, the following cancellation fee will be charged.

・Participant must be over 18 years old.
・Original driver's license + International driver's license (hard copy) issued by the local government of each country + Passport (all three documents must be brought with you to drive)
・Countries like the following. For Switzerland, Germany, France, Taiwan, Belgium, or Monaco, the original driver's license + official Japanese translation from an accredited agency + passport (all three documents must be brought with you to drive) Is required.
・Please check carefully whether your country's driver's license/IDP can be used in Japan. Residents of the following countries are prohibited from driving in Japan. When making your reservation, please check whether your country issues international driving licenses under the 1949 Convention. As a disclaimer, if you show up on the day with an incorrect/invalid driver's license, no refunds will be given.
・To drive in Japan, you need an international driver's license under the 1949 Convention to legally drive on Japanese roads.
・This experience requires good weather. If canceled due to inclement weather, you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.
・Participants who are driving under the influence of alcohol cannot participate. Also, refunds and changes are not possible.

Not valid in Japan

For foreign travelers, to drive in Japan, must have a valid driver's license or permit. A valid driver's license or permit to drive in Japan does not depend on the driver's Nationality. It depends on which country the driver's license is issued from and which country the driver resides in. The following countries do not have a separate treaty with Japan regarding driving in Japan, nor is not affiliated with the Geneva Convention therefore can not issue a valid international driver's permit to drive in Japan. You must acquire a valid driver's license in Japan. But if you are living in EEA (European Economic Area), there is a possibility that you may be eligible of issuing a valid international driver's permit depending on where you reside. If you reside in a different country from where your national driver's license is issued, please refer to the information of where you reside for more information.

	Choose your desired date and time. Some dates and times may not be available due to the number of people in your group. Each tour has a maximum of 8 people.
	Once you have made your reservation, please come to the shop at least 10 minutes before your booking. Please contact us if you are running late. Make sure to bring you International Driving Permit (IDP) booklet type and Passport. Make sure you have signed your IDP.
	At the shop, read and sign the terms and conditions document. We also offer extra insurance that covers any damage repair costs for 1000yen (optional). We accept cash and credit cards and will issue a receipt.
	Watch the introduction video and listen to the tour guide pre-tour instructions. Once finished the staff will lead you to the Karts and the tour will begin. The tour guides will take photos of you during the tour.
	Return to the shop, collect your belongings and get your photos from the tour guides. Thank you for using our service!
